Edward Elric X Reader

I sighed as I got a new mission, the only thing I have to do is kill more homunculi and chimeras. Well good thing I get to work with my friends, Edward Elric and his brother, Alphonse Elric. When they walked in my heart skipped a beat.
  "hi Ed, hi Al~" I said running over to them.
  "hi _____!" the suit of armor happily exclaimed, "did you grow?" he said, comparing himself to you.
  "I guess…" I said, looking up at him. Alphonse laughed a little.
  "yeah, but your still taller than me." Edward mumbled.
  "awww~ don't be a buzz kill, Ed~" I happily said, when it doesn't madder sense I have always been taller than him.
  "WELL STOP GROWING!!!!!!" he yelled loudly that everyone in the HQ looked at them. You couldn't help but laugh.
  "calm down." you said, still laughing.
  "don't laugh." he said, he looked so sad.
  "ha! don't look like that." I said, walking over and hugging him. He jumped back a little before hugging me back, "are you ok?" I said in Ed's ear when he jumped back.
  "yeah, I'm just fine." he said, there is something wrong, because he never jumped back when I hugged him until now, but what is it?
